We are just footsteps to the best bars and restaurants in the Soulard neighborhood! Perfect for bachelorettes, bridal suites, birthdays, photoshoots, or a fun family getaway!

This 3-story private home is a gem! PINK POSH PLACE is a luxurious and spacious home drenched in natural light and shades of pink! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. BEDROOMS: Three large bedrooms are all located on the top two floors. There are lots of places to get ready with multiple make-up mirrors throughout. - 1st bedroom has a king-size bed and a lovely private deck that leads to the magical courtyard. - 2nd bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is a cheetah chase lounge and reading nook outside of this room. - 3rd bedroom is the entire third floor, consisting of two queen beds, a full bathroom, plus a coffee and wet bar! Total slumber party dream!! BATHROOMS: - 1st Full Bathroom is XL and is located on the second floor with a large shower. - 2nd Full Bathroom is on the 3rd floor with a shower. - 1/2 bathroom is on the main level at the end of the hall. PINK KITCHEN: The fully stocked pink kitchen has all stainless appliances, pink cookware, bakeware, a variety of glassware, all the pink dishes and things you would need, plus a large pink coffee bar (includes Kuerig K-cups, drip coffee, and a French press)! We are located only a few footsteps to fun restaurants, cafes, and bars! This location is serioulsy prime and ready for you to make some amazing memories! No "parties" allowed. But it's the perfect space to hang out and enjoy with your group! Please let us know what your plans are for your stay when you are booking the space. We also rent this home for photoshoots, content creation rentals, and very intimate events. (MUST BE APPROVED WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION)
Other Details to Note
There are two wood-painted staircases in this home. They are old and charming... (the staircase to the 3rd floor is a little steep). Large private courtyard in the back with a ground-level deck, pergola, party lights, and lots of outdoor seating for dining and chillin'. We are located on one of the best corners in the heart of the neighborhood (across from 1860's Saloon) which draws a lot of people. This is a destination "nightlife" area and is an amazing location! (Potential for outside noise, but the charming location is unbeatable)!

Neighborhood
Soulard neighborhood is a beautiful historic neighborhood with so much character and charm! There is a magical New Orleans feel here. It's a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops sprinkled throughout! We are only minutes away from the Arch and attractions in downtown St. Louis. And a few miles from the Zoo, Forest Park, and the Botanical Gardens.

FREE STREET PARKING throughout the neighborhood. We are super close to a lot of bars, restaurants, and the historic Soulard Farmers Market. You can walk everywhere in this neighborhood. We are only a few minutes away from the Arch and all the attractions in downtown St. Louis.

Excellent walkable neighborhood! There are free shuttles to jump on at some of the bars right by us! Such a great way to head to a game or concert downtown! Scooters are scattered around the neighborhood if you would like to scoot! Golf Carts are a big deal here. Just so you know. Also- the Barcylces are out and about during warmer weather! SO FUN!!!
